SA Electronics Store proudly offers shipping both Domestically (including P.O. Boxes and Military addresses via USPS) and Internationally. Orders placed before our 3 PM EST cutoff are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We offer various shipping methods, including Standard Ground (5-7 business days), Expedited (2-3 business days), and options utilizing carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS, with shipping costs/fees calculated at checkout based on the package's weight, dimensions, and destination—we may offer a Free Shipping threshold advertised on our site.
Once shipped, all orders receive a tracking number via email, and shipping insurance is included on all packages. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days but may take longer due to customs; please note that the customer is responsible for all Customs/Duties/Taxes.
While we do not currently offer Same-Day Shipping, Weekend Delivery, In-Store Pickup, or Signature Upon Delivery as a standard feature, we do advise that all timelines are estimates and subject to Holiday/High Volume delays. Shipping address changes or Cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase and cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Our policy requires that if a package is damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery for a claim to be filed. If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately, and we will provide instructions for a free return and send the correct item promptly.
Refused packages or those returned due to failed delivery attempts will be treated as a return, and a restocking fee may apply, with the original shipping cost non-refundable. Return shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to restrict shipping on certain oversized or Hazardous materials shipping items as required by carrier regulations. Any major Shipping Policy updates will be communicated via our website.
