SA Electronics Store offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (receipt or order number). Certain items, such as software, opened headphones/earbuds (due to hygiene reasons), and items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance," are exempt and cannot be returned.
Initiating a Return and Refund Processing
To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Support team at support@saelectronics.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Shipping Costs, Restocking Fees, and Faulty Items
For returns due to buyer's remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size/color ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fees paid on the order are non-refundable. Furthermore, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the total refund amount for non-defective returns, especially if the original packaging is missing or damaged.
If an item is returned because it is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was received, we will waive the restocking fee and provide a prepaid return label. In the case of a minor fault, we reserve the right to offer a repair or replacement as an alternative to a full refund, per consumer protection guidelines for electronic goods.
